What we collect
The name, phone number, optional email address, message text and estimator answers (project type, location, area, number of floors, finish level) that you send through the estimator and the contact form. To prevent abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address — never the address itself.
How we use it
Only to process your enquiry, contact you and prepare a price proposal. The data is not sold or passed to third parties for advertising.
Consent
By ticking the consent box when you submit a form, you agree to your data being processed under this policy. The time of consent and the policy version you accepted are stored with the enquiry.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting contract. The exact period will be stated here after legal review.

Security
The site runs over HTTPS only. Data travels over an encrypted connection and is stored on a server with restricted access.
